Blade Runner (1982/1992/200?)

They are known as Nexus-6 Replicants and are created as slaves. They are genetically designed to look and even act like humans. So, we start asking ourselves, how exactly are they any different to us?

Ghost in the Shell (1995) [ Kokaku Kidotai ]

The AI in the computer is becoming self-aware. The cybernetically enhanced humans are becoming machines. A game of cat and mouse ensues where the prize is the human soul.
