The Halliwell sisters are the culmination of generations and are the recipients of special powers. They call themselves witches, although there is a definite distinction between their magic and general witchcraft. They are the Charmed Ones and are here to save us from those pesky demons that are always trying to get us. Quite entertaining and with some hunky male characters to join the three gorgeous sisters, there is plenty for the casual viewer to peruse. But if you get into it, there is some depth to some of the stories. But while we think what those depths are, we just have to pick out which we prefer - Prue, Piper or Phoebe.

works if there are three sisters ... ah, but everything is alright
because there is that sister Paige that Mummy never told them about...
