Xena is the Warrior Princess. Lucy Lawless is Xena. Initially a character on Hercules, it wasn't long before Xena and Lucy got their own series. A series that perhaps was even better.

Xena was once a bad warrior. But then she saw the light, and with her special friend Gabrielle (Reneé O'Connor), she now roams the world righting wrongs and fighting evil. Xena is much further from real Greek myth than even Hercules, absorbing ideas from many other myths and presenting all in a modernistic way. And so what. This is escapist fantasy, which still manages to fit some real drama in there.

Often opponent is Callisto (Hudson Leick) and often friend is Joxer (Ted Raimi).
